Membership Application Forms are available in .pdf format now, just download it straight away now using the button above. Memberships run Annually from when you join, giving you a full 12 months of membership whatever date you join from.
The following section provides an explanation of each type of membership that is available. The fees that apply for each type are shown in bold at the top of the section.
As well as the traditional fixed annual fee memberships and the flexible pay as you go approach through associate membership, the packages for which are detailed below, Chalgrave Manor Golf Club Limited provides a unique membership opportunity to fix the cost of your golf for as long as you want to play whilst also offering an investment package that could, over time, provide you with a lifetime of golf, for nothing! That opportunity is Shareholder Membership.
Shareholder Membership - £7,500
This is the opportunity to purchase a single, ordinary share in Chalgrave Manor Golf Club Limited (CMGC), at the current cost of £7,500. As a share investment there is no VAT on this total price. As a shareholder of CMGC, the holder is entitled to unlimited free golf whilst they remain a current shareholder. In addition, if the Company were to pay dividend(s)in the future, the shareholder will be eligible to receive the dividend as calculated per share. The shareholder may, at any time, sell the share on the open market for whatever value can be achieved at that time. The value of a share may increase or decrease over time. The new shareholder will then assume all of the ongoing playing rights pertaining to shareholder membership.
Shareholder Membership also includes full access to the SMARTGOLFER Network, www.smartgolfer.co.uk which enables you to play over 26 courses, free of charge as part of your membership deal!!!
FULL MEMBERSHIP - 2013 Deal!!!
£460 per Annum or £46.00 per month
Full Membership of Chalgrave Manor Golf Club provides you with unlimited access to the golf course at all times, seven days a week.
Full Membership also includes FREE Golf at our network group clubs including WEEKEND GOLF.
Full Membership allows access to all club competitions, subject to a Club Handicap being achieved.
Full Members are eligible to be selected for Club Match teams, which provide competitive golf against other clubs throughout the county, on a home and away basis.
Full Membership provides unlimited golf for a fixed fee, paid either in one Annual payment, or by a series of payments which can be spread over the whole year if required.
Full Membership also includes full access to the SMARTGOLFER Network, www.smartgolfer.co.uk which enables you to play over 26 courses, free of charge as part of your membership deal!!!
OFF PEAK 5 DAY MEMBERSHIP - £335 per Annum or £33.50 per month
Off Peak 5 Day Membership of Chalgrave Manor Golf Club provides you with unlimited access to the golf course on Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays, PROVIDING that your round of golf is commenced BEFORE 12 Noon. There are no concessions for starting after this time. This category is particularly suited to the senior golfer, or for someone working fixed afternoon/evening shifts.
Club Competitions are available during the week, again subject to achieving a Club Handicap.
There are Club Matches, particularly through the Seniors Section, throughout the year during the week.
Off Peak 5 Day Membership also provides unlimited golf for a fixed fee, paid annually in advance or by a series of payments which can be spread over the whole year if required.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - £75 per annum
Associate Membership of Chalgrave Manor Golf Club provides you with unlimited access to the golf course at all times, seven days a week.
Associate Membership allows access to all club monthly medal competitions, subject to a Club Handicap being achieved.
Associate Membership provides unlimited golf for a low, fixed fee, plus a green fee on each occasion that you play. Associate Members green fees are the lowest cost green fees available here at Chalgrave and are the lowest cost green fee at any private, 18 hole golf club in Bedfordshire.
Associate Membership fees are paid annually in advance and provides unlimited access for just £1.35 per week.
Family Associate Memberships are also available, enabling other direct relations to be included without requiring an additional full fee for each member.
A Five Year Membership is available for Associate Membership. Costs are based upon three years fee for five years membership, paid in advance.
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP - £130 per annum
Junior Membership of Chalgrave Manor Golf Club provides you with unlimited access to the golf course at all times, seven days a week. Junior qualification is under 18 years of age at renewal of membership.
Junior Membership allows access to all club competitions, subject to a Club Handicap being achieved.
Junior Members are eligible to be selected for Club Match teams, which provide competitive golf against other clubs throughout the county, on a home and away basis.
Junior Membership provides unlimited golf for a fixed fee, paid either in one Annual payment, or by a series of payments which can be spread over the whole year if required. Paid annually in advance, Junior Membership provides unlimited golf for just £2.40 per week.
Junior golfers under the age of 14, must have achieved an acceptable standard of golf, determined by the Junior Organiser and the Club Professional before they may play the course unaccompanied by an adult golfer, unless participating in an organised Junior event.
