WEDDINGS & PARTIES

The Club hosts 4 or 5 weddings every year, and the Club looks fantastic dressed for these events. If you are interested in booking the Club for A Presentation Dinner Dance or a Wedding Reception, please contact Steve Rumball for more details. Our Dinner Menus are extensive, as are the Buffet Menus. Our Bar prices are way below Hotel prices, and generally lower than most pubs as well. Details can be emailed to you immediately.

PRIVATE HIRE
The Clubhouse is also available for Private Hire. Many local individuals, companies or sports clubs use our facilities for dinners, buffets, discos, parties, wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations, race nights and Christmas parties.

The Club capacities are up to 120 for seated dinners, and 180 for buffets. Our in house catering is extremely competitively priced, with buffets starting from £7.00 per head, three course dinners from around £20 per head and we have gained a tremendous reputation for the quality of our functions catering.

The Clubhouse can be sub~divided to provide training and conference facilities for up to 60 delegates at a time.

Hire Charges are £100/£150 for a function which is inclusive of bar extensions to around 1.00am, subject to Magistrates Court approval. As well as the buffet menus, there is also a basket meal option. Functions can be for bar only, but we do not allow catering to be brought in from outside the Club.

Fundraising activities, particularly for local charities, are also well catered for, with race nights etc operated by ourselves as fundraisers for the charity. For example, the Club hosts an Annual Race Night for the Toddington Cub Scout Group. The Club deals with all aspects of organisation, running, MC, betting, catering and bar. The Cub Scouts provide the prizes (through sponsorship) and sell around 100 tickets at £5 each (which includes the basket meal). The average return to the Cub Scouts at the end of the evening, based upon the last five years of racenights, is around £1,000.

Christmas Office Parties are well provided for. The Club has Christmas Cabaret Parties on the two Saturdays preceding Christmas. Tables for 8 people upwards are available. For £27.50 per head, a full Christmas Dinner is followed by around 45 minutes of stand~up comedy, before the Christmas Disco takes over until 1.30am. The nights are fantastic value for money and are extremely popular, with many groups returning year after year.
