Bookings must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance. A deposit of £5 per player is required. Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Dress Code: The club operates a dress code of smart casual at all times, both on the course and in the Clubhouse. This does not include denim jeans, tracksuits, shellsuits, collarless shirts or training shoes. Organisers should be aware that anyone not conforming to the club dress code will not be allowed to participate.

Any reduction in numbers with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the per head cost, per individual.
